* Michigan-based Childtime Learning Centers announced the purchase of Boca Raton-based Tutor Time for more than $30 million, which exceeds the bid originally made for the bankrupt company by Sun Capital Partners. The US Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of Florida has approved the sale of Tutor lime, which has nearly 200 child care centers in 23 states.
